NCQA is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to assessing and reporting on the quality of managed care plans, managed behavioral healthcare organizations, preferred provider organizations, new health plans, physician organizations, credentials verification organizations, disease management programs and other health-related programs.

CareVio earned the 2017 John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Award for its extraordinary impact on care at the community level. This prestigious award is jointly presented by The Joint Commission. the nation’s oldest and largest standards setting and accrediting body in health care, and the National Quality Forum, the nation’s standard setter for health care performance measurement.
